The ‘Short & Sweet’ Truth About Successful Fat Loss…

The problem with most ‘diets’ is that they are almost always focused on what you MUST do without!
HOWEVER, isn’t the whole point of losing weight to FEEL better.
Weight loss is about feeling better, healthier and energised – not making your life unhappy!
Unfortunately the dieting norm has become NO – NO – and an extra portion of NO…
  • To lose weight you need to quit the booze
  • For fat loss to occur you need to cut out carbs
  • To get into that smaller dress or trousers you need to give up chocolate and sweets
Basically you need to give up your enjoyments and social life – right!?
WRONG...
You see, when it’s all about restriction we eventually don’t stick to it… we fight it until we break – and then we go into a feasting frenzy – followed by the guilt!
It really is a vicious cycle of self-sabotage, one that if left untended to will go on and on and on!
The good thing is there is another way, and I’m going to give it to you plain and simple…DRUM ROLL PLEASE…
If you plan your wine, your chocolate and your favourite carb based meals into your DIET PLAN is no longer feels restrictive!
