Yep – absolutely! One of the many amazing things about GymWolfPT online training is that you can effectively take the training app anywhere you want which has a WIFI/data signal. This allows you to train anywhere on earth – be it in your home, your work, on holiday, in your local gym or even at the local park. For the majority of my programs, I recommend a minimum of a basic weights bench, barbell and dumbbell weight set, but this can be catered around your requirements and available equipment.
Fitness results are different for each individual, depending on your own personal goals, body composition, and level of commitment, but no matter where you are in your current fitness level, GymWolfPT guarantees that you will get results if you stick to the plans and follow the advice provided. My plans and packages are always designed to get you the results you desire in the shortest time possible, but to also maintain and sustain these results. Many clients will see positive results within a month, however, three months is a more realistic time-frame and is how long most of my clients take to achieve their goal.
Whilst I will provide you with all the training plans, tools and full support to fullfil your goals, the outcome ultimately depends on your desire to achieve them. You must work hard, be fully committed and give it your all. If you do this I will provide the expertise and assistance that when combined will guarantee results. The benefits begin with affordability. My programs are much more cost effective than paying a personal trainer between £30-£60 per hour for a session. Developed from 20+ years of gym training and experience, my programs can be completed any time and any place. The training program is accompanied by diet tips, advice and motivation which I am confident will gain you results above and beyond what would be achieved via one-on-one sessions a couple of times a week.
Nope, the GymWolfPT client mobile and desktop application is an integrated client and communication management software program to which I have invested to deliver my clients the highest level of program and connection services. All clients are advised to download the app as it will be easiest and best method for measurement tracking, program design, calendar, communication and statistics. The app is available in both the Apple and Google stores – links are provided upon starting a program.
This is not a problem. Another benefit of working with GymWolfPT is my adaptability to your resources and lifestyle, whether they be fixed or every changing. I am specially equipped to design programs to work with individuals that regularly travel, have busy working schedules or who simply don’t want to join a gym or fitness center. Obviously, gym memberships offer a wide range of equipment and flexibility, but equally we can design successful training programs without this. During the questionnaire/consultation I will establish what equipment you have access to and create your program with this in mind. I would always encourage clients to make modest investments in resistance bands, stability balls or other apparatus that will add benefits to and accelerate reaching your potential, but I will work around any barriers presented.
Ideally yes, as this is the very best way to track your progress. It can also be used as a motivational tool as you witness the progress between photos. I understand that many people may feel self-conscious or embarrassed to take a ‘before’ photograph. Please be assured all photographs will be kept strictly confidential. Only you the client and myself will ever view these photos. I take the privacy, as well as the well being, of my clients extremely seriously! At the end of a program, or when you have achieved your goal, I may request to use your ‘before’ and ‘after’ photos for my success portfolio. However, whether they are used is entirely your choice. and they would only be used if you agree fully to their use.
You may cancel your recurring dues 30 days before your billing date with written notice. Keep in mind, this policy is strictly enforced because GymWolfPT is not a quick fix or ‘fad’, and I expect all my clients to see results. To achieve these you must resolve to patiently and persistently complete each and every workout with the mindset of absolute success. One of the challenging situations to work through with clients is their tendency to deceive themselves about how much effort they truly put into a workout, nutrition or general fitness lifestyle. In the end, when someone gives up, becomes lazy or blames their environment they only damage themselves. I strongly aim to avoid that, and will work with my clients to motivate and guide them to the very best of my ability, whatever obstacles are faced.
