Are You Constantly PAPERING Over Problems…?

Unfortunately this is very common!
We all have problems and challenges, and whilst there is no doubt some are ‘out of our control’ – the majority are not.
Most people don’t address problems, they don’t logically look at the root cause – let alone put actions in place that will address the issues.
That ‘problem’ might be that extra weight being carried…
…that constant lack of energy…
…that poor mobility…
…that lack of sex drive…
…that anxiety and stress…
…that joint pain…
…that insomnia…
…that lack of focus…
…being easily out of breath…
Rather than addressing the root cause, they introduce softeners or paper over the issues with different ‘wallpaper’!
- This wallpaper can take many forms such as…
- Junk foods and alcohol to numb the stress and anxiety…
- Caffeine and pre-workout drinks to cover the fact they feel like a zombie every morning…
- Weight belts and sleeves to keep the body from falling a part…
- Unfortunately this CAN’T LAST…and won’t last!
NOW…this isn’t about perfection…it’s not about never having an alcoholic drink, that greasy food you love, taking that supplement that aids you or using body supports and aids…
These have a place – but not at the expense of ignoring and covering up the underlying issue. Problems don’t go away like that – they grow bigger and bigger under the surface until they finally unveil themselves in a dramatic way!
SO, what should we do!?
Well, my suggestions are rather boring, but are things that can start being implemented straight away…
- Get outdoors and in the sun daily
- Drink lots of water, >2 litres each day
- Limit your time on social media, and maximise your time actually be social in the real world
- Meditate daily
- Exercise each day – that can be a workout, sport, walk, run…etc
- Do mobility drills, yoga or pilates
- Warm-up and cool-down before and after exercising
- Get a regular ‘go to bed’ and ‘get up’ time
- Reduce screen time
These are relatively simple things we can begin to implement, but their impact – over time – will be massive, and in a very positive way!
Are you ready for results and want to finally start seeing progress?
