Ian is so positive about things, sending encouragement, advice and meal ideas and the app allows you to log your meals and drinks and upload progress photos. You follow each exercise and log it, reps/sets etc so you can chart your progress. It’s really good. The worst thing about it: nothing. It’s worth the money. Get in touch with Ian, especially if you need something to do whilst isolating at home! No excuses! Do the right thing!
I have been remotely training with Ian for a month. Results have been great so far, losing almost 10lbs. I use Ian’s on line app which he updates on an ongoing basis …communicating with myself via the built in messenger app. Ultimately how hard you work is down to yourself…..but with Ian’s daily motivational emails and messages….you don’t want to let him or yourself down. For any one thinking of giving Ian a try…do it…you wont regret it.
Yep – absolutely! One of the many amazing things about GymWolfPT online training is that you can effectively take the training app anywhere you want which has a WIFI/data signal. This allows you to train anywhere on earth – be it in your home, your work, on holiday, in your local gym or even at the local park. For the majority of my programs, I recommend a minimum of a basic weights bench, barbell and dumbbell weight set, but this can be catered around your requirements and available equipment.

Fitness results are different for each individual, depending on your own personal goals, body composition, and level of commitment, but no matter where you are in your current fitness level, GymWolfPT guarantees that you will get results if you stick to the plans and follow the advice provided. My plans and packages are always designed to get you the results you desire in the shortest time possible, but to also maintain and sustain these results. Many clients will see positive results within a month, however, 12 weeks is the most realistic time-frame and is how long most of my clients take to achieve their goal.
No, you don’t need to be a gym-goer on this plan. I provide full home workout programmes and Gym programme so you can still get incredible results in the comfort of your own home and get back to the Gym as soon as they reopen.
The 12 week transformation is a one-off payment. If you wish to continue after your 12 weeks there are multiple options available but no commitment to continue.
